Responsibilities of the role:
- Accountable for delivering tactical planning and implementation for a set of clients
- Receive, analyse and respond to the Agency team on Activation Plan Brief, bridge the gap if any in co-ordination with Agency team
- Work with Agency teams to manage client budgets, establish strong but realistic campaign goals and accordingly deliver KPIs
- Understand media behaviors and how the target audience interacts with media
- Platform Strategy is effectively embedded in the plan structure based on aligned process
- Setting up of Strategic weights for campaigns
- Ensure Multi-channel / integrated plan solution is provided to Agency team wherever required; maintaining standards of deliveries as aligned
- Co-ordination with the Biddable Campaign Delivery team for relevant plans (YouTube Reservation / Auction plans)
- Work collaboratively with all Agency partners, specialists to ensure a holistic approach to the campaign execution and deliver value to client
- Ensure Planning & Buying QC & process optimization around key deliverables for Campaigns.
- Create smooth Project Management practices
- Send Consolidate Non-Biddable plan to Agency; discuss with the Agency team; close the plan with the expectations from them
- Ensure Key Account Reviews are done as per aligned SOP and within the timelines
- Promote knowledge share and continuous learning around POVs, trends, relevant skills, media channels and technologies to continue nurturing a high-performing team
- Review output from the company before delivering to the Agency team to ensure a best-in-class response
What you will need:
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Thorough knowledge of media planning strategic level as well as implementation
- Understanding of Media - TV, Print, Radio & Digital Display
- Industry Software Knowledge & usage - Yumi, IRS, TGI, MAP. Understanding of digital tools like ComScore, Multi-screen planning, etc
- An innovative approach: in use of media, exploration of new forms of media and communication
- Strong business process mapping, analytical and problem-solving skills with eye for detailing
- Ability to question & challenge team at all levels with confidence, to arrive at a clear and unambiguous view of requirements
- Excellent communication & stakeholder relationship management skills
- Meticulous process & execution management
- Proactiveness in address and escalate when needed, on any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
