Overall 16-20 years of experience and atleast 7+ years in IT leadership involving Delivery and Account Management in Lifesciences, healthcare and pharmaceutical domains.

Delivery Management of large programs handling large revenues for life sciences clients and healthcare clients.

Should have handled peak team size of 200 plus delivering multiple projects

Responsible for developing Account Plans, Identification of Marketing Opportunities and Budgeting, and energizing the workforce to drive the Account Growth.

A confident leader who manages onsite and Offshore Development Centre by fostering Best Practices, Innovation, Continuous Improvement, and Delivery Excellence.

Responsible for developing SOW Constructs and check service delivery in line with the SOW and SLA as per agreement.

Responsible for Developing YoY revenue by adopting, farming and hunting new strategies.

Responsible for improving the sales pipe line by nurturing leads and opportunities.

Increase the business opportunities by positioning the right service offerings for the customers.

Possess Extensive experience in client facing activities by directly working with Global clients, in US, UK and APAC regions.

Responsible for quality objectives on the project and drive quality initiatives to meet / exceed the service levels

Adept in managing the team and be one of the primary POC with client stakeholders and managers

Conduct review meetings to monitor progress of the project as per schedule and budget, and ensure timely completion and delivery of the project to the client.

Responsible for resource allocations & setting up communication channels across various horizons of organisation structure
