Urgent requirement with one of our leading MNC Banking client:
Title: Deliver Leader, South Asia
Location: Bangalore
Yrs of experience: 10 - 15 (with at least 7 years in the Contact Center space)
Reports into: Regional Head Customer Care, SA & MEPA
Role:
- Work with Delivery Leader who lead large teams (700+) to ensure overall financial plans/targets are achieved, including targeted and agreed to road maps. Drive operating Rhythm to ensure delivering to goals and Initiatives alignment to plans.
- Build Capacity Plans & Schedules in the contact center to achieve business goals of Cost / Call, TSF Customer & Agent satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent deployment of metrics to drive overall competitiveness.
- Manage the Business Intelligence platform in way to continuously improve the analytics quotient in the Business.
