Delivery Leader- Analytics & Data Science - Pharma
Role :
- Manage and provide leadership to the delivery teams with revenue and gross margin targets & revenue mix.
- Create the desired Delivery impact by understanding Client requirements and expectations.
- Provide leadership and manage the delivery across accounts. This would include : Develop project requirements, SOWs, execution plans, project timelines, and other related materials for the management of deliverables
- Accountability on the overall health of the accounts - timeliness, quality, customer feedback
- Managing customers at senior leadership levels and their expectations. Growing such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix (jointly with the onsite team)
- Explore and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients
- Constant innovation and creating new solutions/accelerators/POVs which maps to the marketplace requirements
- Support on new proposals/RFPs as required
- Improve visibility of delivered services and capabilities Create and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with other leaders to select technology, define standards, and optimize delivery processes.
- Building multiple stakeholder engagements and relationships at different levels Initiate, control, and oversee projects/accounts with respect to people, quality, and cost Implementation of changes and innovations to enhance delivery performance and impact.
- Conversion of opportunities from existing/new client accounts
Skill Set Required :
- Executive level communications and presentation experience including the ability to be influential and persuasively articulate and present solutions to C-Level executives both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to connect, build rapport and relationships with internal and external clients at all levels.
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
