Receive Job Requisitions and Post vacancies on job portals and social media. - Sourcing candidates from applications, LinkedIn, job boards and our global database - thoroughly screening candidates on the phone. - Scheduling direct Interviews Zoom interview meetings with hiring managers - Creating lasting relationships with our clients. - Creating and posting adverts on the TASC website and job boards as requested/required. - Maintaining relationships with submitted candidates throughout the submission, interview, offer and mobilization processes. - Picking up on sales leads - Creating and maintaining talent pools. - The ability to work within a team and coordinate team activities. Ability to multi-task and be organized - Responsible for day-to-day management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including planning, sourcing, assessing, and reporting. QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - Graduate / Post Graduate Degree with excellent communication skills - Exp: 6 - 10 Years into recruitment - Should have excellent job knowledge and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage target-oriented workload
