8-12 years of experience in Financial Services in a strong brand franchise (either banks/insurance/investment banks) or a tier I BPO

Strong exposure to operations - if led large scale ops earlier, that is an advantage

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Strategic orientation

- Prior consulting experience an advantage

- Ability to think on his/her feet

- Mobile from a location perspective
