Delivery Lead - Loan Syndication - Investment Banking

Responsibilities :

- Support the onshore bankers in preparing distribution/ discussion materials viz. Information Memorandums, Pitchbooks, Invitation Letters, Teasers, Credit Memos, Underwriting Memos, etc. across a range of sectors for the client's Loans Syndication team

- Prepare regular market updates

- Prepare case studies, distribution database, bank & investor database

- Build and update deal info database (pricing + documentation comparables)

- Maintain secondary trade blotter

- Conduct ad-hoc market research

- Manage projects & timelines to ensure high client satisfaction

- Build and manage client relationship

Required Background :

- Post graduation in Finance or equivalent qualification [CFA, MBA (Finance), CA, etc.]

- At least 3 years- experience in Loan Syndications role in Investment Banking vertical is preferred

- Strong financial and analytical skills to conduct financial analysis, ratio analysis, credit research, etc.

- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with prior experience in handling clients

- Working knowledge of databases such as Dealogic, Loan Connector, Refinitiv, Bloomberg, or any other Loan specific database is preferred

- Well-versed with MS Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Preferably available for immediate joining
