Job description:

- Should have handled large teams from Delivery standpoint

- Will be responsible to handle P&L size of $40+ MUSD

- Responsible for Business Growth

- Should have strong experience in managing multidisciplinary

- Should be responsible for both proactive business proposals & RFP, RFI

- Excellent client facing skills

- Evaluates alternative operational efficiencies /business process change.

- Will assist in conducting team building/development activities.

- Coaches, mentors, and trains as appropriate.

- Formulate and implement short and long term strategy for the growth of the vertical and its adjacency.

- Services for RUN, BUILD, BPO, INFRA

- Managing Global Client stakeholders at CIO, COO level

- Manage P&L, Quality, SLA- s

- Exposure to next gen solutions like Devops, Agile, Cloud, Digital, SMAC, IoT
