Delivery Lead - IT Projects - Insurance Domain

- We have a job opportunity with our client for Delivery Head with 20+ Years of experience (preferably have some of this experience in Insurance domain).

- Experience of delivering large and complex programs with strong inter-personal and communication skills.

- Have the ability to lead a team of 300 - 500 associates.

- Should have managed Annual revenue of at least $50-60 Millions.

Location: Pune

Resource should've worked in big IT platforms implementation projects during the full life cycle. 

- Candidate should have expertise in multiple modules of insurance and their implementation in the core administration platforms. 

- Should at least have an experience of 18+ years in the modules like New Business, Policy Servicing, Claims, Commissions, Accounting, Reinsurance, Collection and disbursement etc while implementing IT projects. 

- Should have worked as a business/functional architect or functional head on large core platform implementation in the BFSI area. 

- Should have a very good experience of SDLC and managing the deliverables during each phase of SDLC.

 - Should have deep knowledge of migration, integration and synchronization between the systems 

- Candidate should possess skills to decipher the enterprise architecture and should be able to develop the solution architecture for the legacy migration or new implementation.

 - Candidate should be able to provide the Insurance domain and core system expertise to the functional team and perform a techno-functional role in the implementation of the core insurance platform. 

- Provides leadership to the team in terms of owning the implementation from functional perspective and guiding the team members.
