LOCATION : Bangalore
WORK SHIFT : US Shift (6:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m.)

- Managing and facing clients for relationship building; identifying concerns of clients and addressing them at the earliest
- Managing a network of stakeholders interfacing with this role and developing innovative approaches for effective client service relationship
- Resolving and managing unstructured problems which can range from small client issues to large service issues
- Ensuring the delivery of first class service to clients in US
- Interacting with operational Regional Delivery Leads and Cluster Delivery Leads and Global Service Line Leads on a daily basis;
- Hiring, developing, coaching and managing performance management process of staff in dedicated unit
- Minimum experience of 15 years and relevant experience of 8 plus years in HR Operations in client facing role - BPO Hire to Retire experience
- Min Bachelor's degree, Masters in Engineering/Management is an advantage
- Experience in Human Resources or Shared Service Operations (In sourced or outsourced)
- Worked in a global environment with matrix reporting relationships
- Client management / client facing skills / and client relationship building experience
- Should have faced and managed clients at mid to senior level from different geography (US/UK/Europe)
- Should have excellent communication skills (knowledge of any European Language is an added advantage)
