Delivery Lead - Financial Modelling - FinTech

- Understanding the company's business model, evaluating the market size, identifying growth drivers, analysing trends, SWOT analysis, competition position to prepare due diligence decks.

- Benchmarking companies on various financial and operating parameters to understand the industry growth and profitability.

- Investment Memorandum/ Due diligence documents: Creation of Investment memorandums, identifying key investment highlights & concerns, market opportunity, financial analysis, product analysis, arriving at a potential valuation of the target company, return & sensitivity analysis.

- Familiarity with the analytical methods used in the start-up ecosystem like unit economics and cohort analysis a plus

- Financial Modelling: creation and updating of detailed financial models including DCF, M&A, LBO Models, trading & transaction comps, valuation analysis via different techniques

- Conducting industry research

- Experience of 4 - 6 years in investment due diligence, industry research, financial analysis, valuation, and benchmarking. Experience in emerging technology (Fintech) is a prerequisite.

- Strong business fundamentals and knowledge of business analysis skills.

- Proven Project Management skills including Project structuring, planning, conceptualizing output, cross reviewing team's work.
