- Strong Technology Delivery Experience for Capital Market Clients (min 14 years exp)

- Capital Markets Industry experience.

- Experience in managing multiple client engagements and large SI programs.

- Experience on any one of the Trading packages - Murex, Calypso, Summit, Sophis, Kondor (min 5 years)

Technology skills : Java, database, Middle-ware integration technologies

Job Description :

- The capital Markets Delivery lead works directly with the Delivery leadership in managing the client delivery for large programs. Responsibilities include;

- Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

- Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within company, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.

- Support pre-sale, solution design for complex applications in Capital Markets areas

- Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility.

- Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

- Decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside area of responsibility.

- Create a business-focused capability strategy - given a set of business requirements

- Manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client.

Educational Qualification : Masters/Bachelors in Business/Engineering

Experience : Minimum of 14 years of IT experience in Financial Services domain.
