Area of Responsibilities:  - To co-ordinate activities with internal team members to ensure their deliverables are seamlessly integrated and delivered as per schedule.   - Participate in meetings and understand different business processes & functionality in detail.   - Conducting system study and coordinating with team members for System Design & Integration, Application development & maintenance, Application solutioning and bid submissions.  - Delivering and implementing the project as per target dates & extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the client.   - Understanding and demonstrating the criticality of the business requests.   - Ensuring delivery as per committed dates.   - IT & Project Budget preparations & tracking   - Vendor Management including SLA management and engagement with selected vendors.   - Vendor coordination for resolving issues & escalating the same whenever required to ensure smooth operations.   - Manage IT delivery with the vendor support.  Desired Skills and Experience  Skill Set:   - Minimum 6-10 years of experience   - Engineering Graduate   - Exposure in Identity Management space   - IEEE certified desirable (not mandatory)  Personal Attributes:  - Interpersonal Skills  - Self-Motivated and Self Directed  - Ability to multi task  - Ability to Innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase productivity & cost effectiveness   - Problem -solving   - In-depth knowledge and understanding of systems and processes  - Time Management   - Planning, Organizing, Motivating, Directing and Controlling   - Good Business acumen, contacts and etiquette  - People management skills
