Urgent Opening for Delivery Lead for a Largest Bank in Australia - on payroll of Australian Based Consulting Firm. Ideal Candidate will have experience in the skills set preferably with experience on (Banking Projects) International

Location ; Melbourne

Terms ;

- Contract : 1 year extendable into Long term Contract

- Visa Status : Australian Visa 401 would turn into a long term once in Australia

- Candidate should have a Valid Passport

- Flight Ticket To & Fro

- Holidays (Standard Australian Application )

- Relevant Experience in the Domain preferably on similar project for international market

Delivery Lead

Experience Level

- 9+ years total experience

- 4+ years as Delivery Lead

- Experience in corporate environment

- Experience in at least two industries (eg Social media and Finance) the requirement is to have experienced more than one set of different business needs and culture.

Technical Skills -

- Experience in managing large, complex projects in an unpredictable environment with competing priorities.

- Strong, existing experience in leading technical teams

- Working knowledge of JIRA and CD/CI process

- Development and delivery of customer facing digital assets using Agile Scrum or Agile Lean methodology.

- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing/presentations skills

- Risk assessment, planning and mitigation

- Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
