Our client is a Series D funded AI powered app development platform for corporates and entrepreneurs across sectors. They are looking for a Delivery Lead based out of India and oversee the delivery of all customer projects for our Asia Geography
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and cultivate a high-achieving delivery team while pinpointing personal growth opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, streamlining delivery processes, and enhancing ways of working.
- Provide oversight, quality assurance, and escalation point for the work of our Delivery teams.
- Monitor the company's portfolio of customer app builds to make sure teams are meeting their deadlines
- Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for process improvement.
- Communicate project updates, progress reports, and potential roadblocks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify risks in customer delivery plans and make sure that all communications with customers about issues and necessary actions are straightforward and easy to understand.
- Monitor project progress using data dashboards, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a high-performing team by attracting, retaining, and developing talent.
- Develop the capabilities of the team through structured training and mentoring to drive delivery excellence and career progression.
- Work together with colleagues in the Sales, Delivery, Product, and Capacity Network to resolve tactical and strategic problems in order to meet corporate goals and satisfy customers.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in software delivery, including product ownership, scrum, and delivery management.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
- Experience in adopting, adapting, and optimising Agile ways of working.
- Experience overseeing large portfolios of customer/client projects.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and teams effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business/Delivery Management, or related field.
