You can play an active role in our future - an exciting job and a workplace is waiting for you!  Your mission:  - Leading the central marketing teams operations in India. Team consist of four sub teams. CRM, marketing analysts, brand analysts and performance marketing analysts.  - Ensuring each team adheer to deadlines and be the point of contact between the teams in Berlin and India.  - Ensure an efficient setup is achieved and work on process improvements to reduce missed deadlines and uphold a very high quality of output.  - Performance management of all team members including but not restricted to 1:1- s, feedback session, disciplinary actions, hiring, performance reviews etc.  - You are the person ultimately responsible for the success of the team.  Your heroic skills:  - Bachelor's /PGdegree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or a related field  - At least +2 years of experience in a global company operating multiple brands managing small to medium sized teams.  - Excellent communication skills  - Excellent in process improvements and ideally experience with different BPI projects from large multinational companies.  - Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data visualisation  - Hands on and get things done attitude: be ready to manage constantly developing requirements.Essentially you need to be prepared to adopt to frequent new requirements  - Comfortable working in multi-cultural, fast-paced environments  - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.  - Highly analytical  - High focus on output being of the highest standard.  - You are highly proficient in both spoken and written English.  We offer you:  - A dynamic, fast paced environment  - A team that want to excel and make customers happy  - Collaborative environment with experienced colleagues  - Goal-oriented environment.  - Dynamic office environment with English as the working language  - Flexible and agile company with flat hierarchy
