- Define Volume Sales Hiring strategy to accelerate growth and pursue profitable growth
- Lead the recruitment delivery process for high Sales volume roles & carry out activities to fulfil open vacancies & ensure that SLA's / KPIs are met
- Ensure Monthly / Quarterly joiners across Geographies
- Provide souring guidance & mentorship to the Leads & Recruiters to ensure desired output
- Monitor and analyze recruitment activity to ensure accurate volume forecasting
- Manage P&L for the business unit
- Key client Stakeholder Management
- Advise around recruitment trends and market intelligence to help influence hiring decisions with hiring analytics
- Manage & drive large teams
- Strong exposure towards managing large teams and large volume
- Maintain metrics for open and filled positions
