Delivery Head - Testing - Investment Banking

One of our client, a leading MNC in Pune is looking for Testing Delivery Head.

Years of Experience: 16 to 20 years

Work Location: Pune

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for delivery of mid/large sized testing projects in Investment Banking domain

- Responsible for building a QA (quality assurance) automation strategy and drive to completion

- Manage a team responsible for quality assurance activities

- Interact with multiple customer stakeholders for engagement models, project execution strategies and deployment of engineers for various projects

- Provide leadership in the area of planning, estimation and prioritization activities to ensure successful execution of end-to-end testing projects

- Experience in various SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile)

- Will have total responsibility and be held accountable for each engagement's success

Desired Profile:

- Relevant leadership experience in delivery testing projects and with overall experience of 16+ years

- Proven skills for designing and implementing right delivery frameworks to manage testing programs

- Should have handled larger portfolio or accounts size

- Good understanding of Investment Banking domain is highly preferred
