Delivery Head - Technology Services

Education / Training delivery experience in an education company

- Training Manager/Lead at a Technology services company with large volumes of internal training annually

- Strong bias for action & ability to stay on top of transactions requiring quick responses + ability to handle high transactional loads

- Quality mindset & obsessive attention to detail

- Strong communication skills & fluency in English communication (spoken & written) to be able to deal with global customers, team members, and participate in delivery when required

- Business Communications - Written and Verbal; Creating professional documentation & proposals

- Working and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders

- Extremely passionate about Technology & Education

- Strong technical hands-on experience in roles related to any of our tracks - Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Data Science. At least 5-7 years of practitioner experience in any of these tracks

- Complete understanding of the Software development lifecycle and awareness of Industry best practices

- Result orientation and ability to drive financial metrics such as Revenue & Margin

- Strong evidence of ability to personally deliver education and training programs. Continued ability & currency of skills to participate & lead delivery in chosen technical areas to inspire & motivate team members

- Project/Process Management

- Identify & mitigate risks through the execution life cycle

- Contingency planning

- Identify, track, and report metrics systematically

- Identify & call out automation opportunities

- Budgeting & Planning and Strategy

- Proven ability to manage large teams

- Understanding of instructional design, development, and pedagogical practices

- Should have teaching/training experience in a formal academic or Corporate setting

- Expertise in recruiting & managing large distributed teams

- Experience of managing virtual/blended delivery operations
