Delivery Head - SFDC - Product Support Operations - BPO/ITeS - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Our client is a leading provider of Information Security, Business Process Outsourcing and Consulting Services, looking for Delivery Head for SFDC Operations.

- Candidate should posses proven leadership and skills keen passion to build a great BPS practice.

- Must have experience in handling large global teams with multiple clients P& L responsibility, people management, client management and driving transformation.

- The role will be responsible for leading global delivery of product support of worlds no. 1 on cloud - tenant CRM product with 100,000+ customers.

- Candidates with experience in understanding online technologies, cloud based technology products, experience in product support for independent software vendors is a must.

- Engineering with MBA from a premier B-school preferred.
