Job Description-

- Responsible for service delivery for all Duck Creek engagements globally

- Responsible for further developing Duck Creek capabilities and competency, DCT Practice Leader will also report into him/her. Establish and manage DCT practice

- Scale up our Duck Creek business

- Presales support for DCT business, arrowheads & accelerators development, partnership management

- Maintain client satisfaction in DCT accounts as per organizational norms

- Competency building in DCT space through Training, Coaching & Mentoring

- Managing team, Staff scheduling, hiring resources, sharing feedback and coach on improvement plans with the agents, publishing performance report, sharing report with senior management, Client meeting, Internal management Meeting, team meeting, resource growth planning and training, Driving performance and meeting SLAs/KPIs. Escalation handling and controlling. Driving CSI, conducting feedback session monthly/quarterly/yearly. Team performance review and Project/Business enhancement planning.
