- Leading the Technical Team for System Designing, Database Designing, Programming & Testing

- Project Management including Interacting with Client , Understanding the Applications & briefing to the Tech Team

- Requirement Specifications, Analysis Design

- Resource Motivation & Guidance during the execution of Project

- Ensuring timely delivery of Projects

- Managing & Resolving the Client Queries

- Assisting the Business Development Team & Ensuring that they achieve the Business Targets

- Estimations
