The Role :
- The Recruitment/ Account Manager will be required to search, negotiate, and manage efforts to find the best talent for current clients
- Working on strategic planning for existing accounts
- Responsible for handling a team of Lead and Junior Recruiters
- Working as an escalation point between Clients & the Organization
- Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients
- Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission
- Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made
- Creating and maintaining a database of potential Clients
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Director
- Follow up with the Clients on a regular basis
To be successful in this role, you :
- Should have a minimum of 8 years- experience working for an executive search agency/recruitment firm
- Should have knowledge on end to end IT recruitment process - sourcing, Identifying, screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates
- Should have the skill in identifying potential clients and build relations in order to generate the business requirement
- Should be outstanding in strategic planning & execution
- Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients
