Delivery Head - IT Infrastructure - Retirement & Insurance Domain

The key responsibilities that we are looking for in this person are:

1) Head and manage Outcome-based Delivery for $20 MM account

2) Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Customer Relationship Management, Proposals, Issue and Escalation Management

3) Providing Strategic direction and realizing the same

4) Manage multiple programs/projects predominantly from the Independent Quality Engineering (IQE) perspective

5) Operations and Delivery Cost Management with P&L accountability

6) Experience working in Global Delivery Model with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

7) Experience in Insurance Domain or Retirement services - 401, retirement solutions, P&C, Speciality, Worker's Compensation, Corporate Health Insurance and International

8) Experience in Test Automation along with CI, CT and DevOps
