Delivery Head - IT

Our client specialize in Big Data Analytics solution, Digital Commerce and DevOps Automation.

Job Description :

- To manage technical engagements from concept to delivery in enterprise technology settings in a captive/ service provider set up.

- Should be very comfortable in dealing with Architecture, Technical Design, Program Planning discussions with senior stakeholders.

- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and efficient delivery processes.

- Experience of working in a large organization with a matrix environment with an understanding of financials.

- Strong background in the delivery of multi-stream enterprise & internet based applications with a large team.

- Have exposure on strategic planning of Account Growth and Profitability management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong Leadership, Inter-personal, Decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- To own overall Delivery function and maintain relationships with domain and technical leadership in global regions.

- Experience with the global service delivery model. This should include procuring and managing third party supplier and partner arrangements.

- Responsible for leading an offshore India based team of approximately 250-300 Employees.

- Stakeholder management (Internal and external), managing customer expectations & satisfaction - delivery to Cost, Quality and Schedule.
