Delivery Head - IT

About the Job:

The delivery Head will oversee the implementation of multiple software projects across multiple projects concurrently. This role will also be responsible for the architecture, design, and creation of solutions using clients products and third-party products available commercially in the market. Responsibility includes working with customers, functional and matrix managers, and staff to ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, consistent with defined guidelines and processes, and with client expectations. Duties include creating technical solutions for our customers, responding to RFPs/RFIs performing constant market analysis of competing products to determine and establish customer needs and requirements. Lead a team of mid-level executives and directors responsible for implementation, solutions, and delivery and coordinate with product engineering, SQA, and other teams to ensure the delivery and solutions requirements are met.

What you will do:

- Ensure high-quality deliveries for multiple products and projects concurrently as per agreed timelines and quality.

- Proactively monitor and track multiple projects with a focus to mitigate potential risks.

- Accountable for the implementation of technical strategy and architectural vision for the organization's software product development and/or engineering functions.

- Identify parts of solutions ready for "productization". Support design, development, and adoption of products.

- Support development and execution of product strategy.

- Lead all product/program/project delivery-related aspects.

- Oversee, review, and implement the appropriate Governance & escalation model for all the products/programs.

- Focus on the service delivery improvement initiatives along with respective delivery.

Must have-

- Program Delivery leader with 15+ years of experience in the software industry preferably from the Healthcare Domain , not mandatory

- Passion to conceive, design and implement innovative products.

- Solve delivery / solutions / product integration problems of the product.

- Product delivery management experience, preferably large engagements

- Manage Delivery excellence parameters quality, productivity, estimation and agile
