- Must have mini 15 years of experience in IT industry

- Must have experience in strong delivery management , huge project management.

- Must have managed complex project of 40-80 Million USD.

- Expertise in People Management, team building, promotion of positive environment, & teamwork spirit, providing vision & efficiency, motivation and mentoring.

- Must be managing huge team size

- Should be dynamic and versatile

- Leadership skills

- Responsible for constant customer engagement through confidence building

- Experience in Global Delivery Management, Account Management, Large Program Management, Transition Management and Organizational Change Management.

- Responsible for Relationship management, End to End Delivery/Program Management, Account Planning, Quality Assurance & Engineering (QA&E)

- Creative and an innovative thinker with strong communication skills bringing energy, enthusiasm and leadership qualities to work.
