Delivery Head

Job Description : 

- Handle the entire operations and customer service delivery processes of the company with end to end delivery of required parameters within pre decided TATs

- Managing the entire New Business Operations, Underwriting, Persistency, Customer Service and Business Intelligence for the company

- Driving all the key functions effectively with constant focus on innovation & reengineering of existing processes to make them more efficient Serve as a subject matter expert in the core operations of a Property and Casualty Insurance Carrier, during pre-sales, project and consulting opportunities

- Respond to requests for information or proposal, both written and oral.

- Present customized demonstrations tailored to customer requirements

- Manage customer relationships through and beyond consulting engagements, with a focus on building enduring partnerships

Education :
 
- BE/BTECH/MBA / Insurance Certification & experience (Any Graduate)

- Insurance Software Product Consulting background

Experience : 

- 15-18 years of experience

- Experience is insurance domain

Position Characteristics

- Preferred candidate should have similar experience working with a Life Insurance company currently or in the past.

- Should have minimum 8 years of team handling experience with proven skills in monitoring and motivating large cross functional teams to get the desired outputs from them

- Should be High on initiative, self-motivated, quick decision-making and implementation skills along with granular approach to things to find out and tweak processes for better out

- Should have Hands on / Solution driven approach Have a very high client focus, rapidly able to build relationships and credibility and to provide an excellent service for the client being both sensitive and responsive to their needs

- Experience of serving as a subject matter expert in the core operations of a Property and Casualty Insurance Carrier

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Flexible work schedule, depending on project

- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
