Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM)

provides comprehensive wealth management to affluent and high-net-worth clients. It also provides retirement and benefit plan services, philanthropic solutions and asset management to individuals and institutions

- Is responsible for the delivery of comprehensive referrals and client coverage capabilities to bring the full power of the combined company to clients.

- Is responsible for managing GWIM's financial products, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, new issue, insurance, alternative investments and structured products.

- Is responsible for the overall strategy and direct management of deposit and credit products from credit cards to sophisticated lending products across GWIM. It also includes all phone and online channels that serve GWIM clients.

- Provides tailored solutions to meet the sophisticated needs of ultra high net worth individuals.

- The Delivery leader will supervise and manage various service delivery teams for GWIM in India. The responsibilities will include People Management, Process Management and Client Management,Portfolio Management Operations

Details being :

- Grow and build out various teams so as to expand Wealth Management practice in India to complement the activities of the current team across regions.

- Provide guidance and develop the offshore teams

- Ensure smooth operations and service delivery

- Develop reports and monitor the validity of the data and metrics being reported

- Liaising and building relationships with GWIM senior management globally to grow the business locally

- Interface with various Line of Businesses and ensure client satisfaction

- Report quarterly for various models/projects from various Lines of Businesses, Compliance and Operational Risk teams

- Hiring, on-boarding and training the teams in India

Key Qualifications

- Strong academic background i.e.

MBA (Finance) from top tier institute or CA (Rank Holder) preferably with certifications in Wealth Management

- Minimum 14 years of experience in relevant industry of which 7-8 should be in a leadership role. Working in an outsourced environment will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of various Wealth Management products

- Communicate complex concepts and the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
