Delivery Head - ERP Implementation

Job Description :

- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical & functional feasibility along with ensuring resource availability and allocation.

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

- Design daily operational programs that achieve organizational objectives

- Analyzing new requests requested by clients PAN India and outside India conducting requirement analysis, provide functional consultancy, coordinating with developers for developing, testing & rollout of new functionality.

- Assess performance reports and inspect the overall performance of the business with regards to targets and resources.

- Developing long term strategies & looking to the distant future to determine ways to increase company profitability, developing long-term business goals and strategies to grow the company.

- Conducting fit-gap analysis, coordinated with developers for successful development and deployment of modules.

- Updating the Product as per constructions and real estate market standard and comparing different software.

- Assisting Sales/Marketing people in Big deal technical demos
