Role - Delivery Head - Energy & Utilities

Experience: 16+ years

Job Description

- Responsible for managing end to end delivery in Energy & Utilities domain

- Provides account leadership to delivery teams and directs teams to develop business strategies and program/project to meet deliverables.

- Ensures client satisfaction through development, implementation, and delivery of application as specified.

- Prior experience in handling large delivery programs across multiple sites

- Responsible for planning and delivery - Delivery quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction

- Ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other guidelines/procedures are followed for internal and external change requests

- Proposes projects for process improvement, technical enhancements, and cost savings efforts

- Assists client in organizational structures for optimum project delivery

- Developing engagement proposals and detailed engagement plans and schedules

Desired Skills and Experience

- At least 16 years of relevant experience, primarily in a top-flight technology services firm

- Good experience in working with Energy & Utilities domain

- Should have leadership and strong management capability.

Executive-level interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.

- Relationship building and interpersonal skills

- Leadership, motivational and organizational skills

Education

- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline with solid experience in Infrastructure Management Services Delivery Management. Graduation in engineering preferred
