Location: Pune Your Employer: A leading, global IT/digital transformation firm providing cloud, storage, networking, end-user and consulting services to millions of customers across the globe Responsibilities: - Monitoring support functions involving metric assurance. - Deploying Continuous improvement and Automation for quality assurance - Creating an efficient work culture deriving planning to real time management - Participating in RFPs or RFIs and delivery of new opportunities - Contribution in project pricing through evaluation of financials and delivery to clients - Establishing Innovation and Transformation initiatives. Requirements: - Black Belt Certification Preferred, Green Belt certification is a must. - Experience in International Geographic operations model and consulting would be preferred. - An exposure in B2B or B2C customer service and credit - 12+ post qualification experience in finance function for MNC (preferably service industry)/ big four - Good Knowledge of RPA solutions and Automation Tools. - Must have handled a team of 300+ FTEs - Immediate Joiners or 1 month of Notice period will be preferred WHATS IN FOR YOU - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations/function of the company. - Liaise extensively with stakeholders.
