Job description :

- Leading the delivery team - guiding a team of data specialists, analysts and campaign specialists.

- Establishing best practices in data management - from ETL to cleansing to structure, back-up and efficiencies

- Drive automation of repetitive tasks to reduce redundancy and enhance delivery output

- Set best practices in quality, error diffusion, data-gap management and data-centric throughput

- Be able to document and scale processes for higher efficiencies

- Be the gatekeeper for error free execution of outbound campaigns

- As part of the leadership team, think ahead and drive the business to be seen as an industry leader in its space

- Have exception analytical thinking skills, logical aprroach to mining data and a dare to innovate and excel

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Exceptional skills in leading a team of data specialists and business analysts to spearhead the delivery team on all CRM, wearing the hat of technical director and a business thinker.
