Delivery Head - CPG/Retail

Study, plan and execute the overall analytics strategy:

- Use appropriate statistical models, segmentation schemes, prioritization methods and data-driven analyses to optimize service delivery and business operations

- Actively collaborate with Operations leaders and finance leadership to identify key metrics and benchmarks for monitoring, measuring and analyzing data

- Lead the design and development of analytical projects focused on reducing time to collect, improving processes and maximizing cash flows. Develop high impact solutions and execute them within tight timelines

- Continuously provide high impact insights / solutions that will help acquire new clients, retain and grow current clients. Drive actionable insights, solutions and proof of concept with clients

- Lead conversations with C-Suite members of client teams to showcase the analyses, expected outcomes , timelines and milestones

- Demonstrate proof of concept by quantifying the impact of solutions with appropriate case studies, pilot studies etc.

- Own the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects committed to clients through effective follow through on solutions, building insightful KPI dashboards and rigorous measurement

Build, manage and develop a team of senior business analytics professionals:

- Hire and build a world-class team of Senior Business Analysts and Delivery Managers.

- Oversee their performance and development through rigorous reviews, constant mentoring and timely coaching

- Put processes in place to create a Center of Excellence (COE) for Business Analytics that can be offered as a high end service line

What you will need to make an impact:

- MBA or MS from premier institute. 10+ years of experience

- Interdisciplinary team mgmt. to deliver quality to multi location, multi business Consumer Product (Consumer Packaged Goods CPG) customer.

- CPG vertical domain knowledge and experience with P&L responsibility

- Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship skills

- Excellent business judgment and ability to recognize business implications of data.

- Strategic acumen and knows how to package data into insights
