1. Strong knowledge of Analytics Delivery Management processes, tools, onsite-offshore engagement model. 2. Should have managed large delivery team with gross margin targets. 3. Should have strong customer relationship and project management capabilities. 4. Should possess excellent team management, communication and leadership skills 5. It is necessary that the successful candidate will strong experience to engage with customers at senior leadership levels. 6. Would be a significant plus if the potential candidate has Retail/ CPG domain experience. BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES -&nbsp; 1. Provide leadership and manage the delivery organizations overall account portfolio. Will need to manage large project accounts, which will require the ability to engage with customers at C level. 2. To lead Delivery Management for all marquee accounts. a. This would include managing customers and their expectations. b. Manage and grow such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix c. Up sell &amp; Cross sell of services 3. Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and build future leaders. 4. Delivery Leadership: Enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns &amp; escalations; drive productivity, utilization. 5. Will drive future growth by managing gross margins, ideal revenue mix. 6. Will be involved in solution development, RFP support as and when required. 7. Create new services which map to the market place requirements. 8. As a senior leader of the team, this role will carry responsibility in aiding organization development, innovation &amp; providing solution while also aiding business development effort. 9. Build additional competencies &amp; skills sets in line with market requirements and future growth potential
