Job Description : Delivery Head :

- Purpose The Head of Project Delivery will be responsible for ensuring that all DWBI projects implemented by our Organization are delivered to high quality in a timely fashion with effective cost and financial management.

- Airlines Delivery Experience is Mandatory.

- Responsibility Provide ownership of the DWBI programme delivery work streams taking responsibility for the definition and delivery of the Business and IT solutions to the firm.

- Liaison with the Business Development team in the Development of budgets for projects Build strong relationships with Clients ISV Partners and Suppliers Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by prioritising initiatives and coordinating the evaluation deployment and management of current and future IT and change projects.

- Maintain awareness of emerging industry trends and innovations to help shape the future direction of the department prioritise the portfolio of IT projects on a day to day basis on behalf of management to ensure the maximum efficiency in allocation of resources and skills.

- Ensure that the programme plan remains aligned with the available technologies and the overall strategic business plan Create develop and maintain a rolling programme plan / roadmap for all projects

- Develop the project management capability through evaluation and adoption of most appropriate practices and helping to mentor / coach the team and create standardised approaches Lead the IT project and business analysis teams ensuring effective deployment of resource and coaching in line with the firms and IT departments objectives.

- Define and communicate project milestones and resource allocation to relevant stakeholders Ensure best practices techniques and tools for project planning execution project management ongoing milestone/deliverable tracking communication and key performance metrics are maintained.

- Analyse and improve upon the frameworks and standards used across the organisation to maintain a competitive edge within the market Develop track and control the annual project capital budget

- Set overall programme quality and performance standards Assess manage and communicate escalated risks within and across multiple projects Developing a progressive recruitment induction ongoing trainings and research systems to ensure high quality substance and a capability in the entire team Bring thought leadership to adapt new challenges and changes in the technology world and preparing the team to take on new frontiers as the business transforms with ongoing changes in demand.

- Travelling to onsite client locations as required to meet with the Customer and align with their expectations Knowledge and Experience Overall 18 years of IT experience of which around 8 years as Program/Delivery Management role in DWBI or relevant context Excellent understanding or Certification of PMP or Prince2 project management principles.

- Excellent knowledge of DWBI tools and technology stacks as per the current market demand Experience in strategic planning execution and policy development Clear demonstrable experience of managing successful teams and improving capability in a project and programme delivery environment.

- Extensive knowledge of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence processing hardware platforms enterprise software applications and outsourced systems.

- Exposure to business theory business processes management budgeting and business office operations.

- Excellent organisational and planning skills with an ability to multitask in a busy environment with multiple contacts Demonstrated team management skills but also an ability to work productively in teams building cohesive environments.

- Effective communication skills both verbally and in written form at all levels of authority.

- Good understanding of finances and budgets Experience of working in international development/operational management Education and Certification Comments.

- Good to have PMP Agile Scrum Experience details.

- 18 to 20 yrs. Technical Skill Details.
