An exciting leadership job opportunity with a multinational Analytics and IT Solutions giant for a Delivery Management specialist with at least 13-18 years- experience in advanced analytics, liaising extensively with stakeholders across geographies, developing solution with analytical thinking. Our distinguished client is looking for an individual hungry to grow in a leadership position leveraging extensive experience in Advanced Analytics, AI and Machine Learning into Utilities industry. You will handle a team of developers across different cultures and business environments as well as interact with eminent, global stakeholders from different group businesses.

You will be Responsible For :

1. Developing analytical and logical solutions into Utilities Industry

2. Providing excellence in service delivery to clients to maintain and grow healthy relations with them

3. Delivering insights and suggestions for continuous improvement in the existing Technical solutions.

4. Providing support and guidance for Technical Solution in proposals

5. Managing accounts in business analytics and managing P&L

6. SLA compliance, people management, Client management, P&L Management, Competency development

7. Helping team member in their project delivery and help them in the bottle neck areas

8. Managing the global stakeholders on an ongoing basis while delivering on the requirements

9. Building and growing teams to achieve organization's target and thrash the existing targets

10. Creating a culture of continuous learning and self-development

11. Working with business/operations team to define the operational MIS and KPI's

The Successful Candidate :

1. B.tech/M.tech/P.HD /Msc/MCA or any technical degree must.

2. 13-18 years of experience in IT with advanced analytics exp.

3. Expertise in analytics tools like R, Python, VBA and SAS

4. Good understanding with any programming language

5. Hands on experience into Machine learning and good knowledge on artificial intelligent concepts

6. Expert in Utilities Industry and energy, waters etc domain

7. Hands on experience in SQL Profiler and Database tuning advisor.

8. A solution giver who holds expertise in solving unstructured problems

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

10. Global stakeholder management experience must

11. Expertise in handling large teams and expanding the existing teams

12. Experience of working in Global/ Cross-cultural teams will be preferred Adaptive to organisational culture and business environment
