Delivery Excellence/Engineering Excellence Role - IT

This is regarding an urgent opening with a Leading IT MNC for a role into Delivery Excellence / Engineering Excellence (EE).

Extensive experience into RCS Techniques, Risk Management, Product Quality Metrics, Digital project, Exposure to SMAC and Product Engineering

Job Description :

Department - Delivery Excellence / Engineering Excellence (EE) Team for Digital Engineering Work

11-18 Years experience

Role - EE Team

Primary Responsibilities :

Pursuit Support :

- Anchor deliverability assessment and estimation reviews

- Work with SMEs to develop estimation model for CDE

Requirements Shaping :

- Conduct kick-off to validate the project scope and setup

- Assist PM to tailor and define process applicable (orchestration)

- Assist in NFR assessment and identifying risks related to NFR

- Assess the projects Ux/Cx maturity

- Validate requirement stability and completeness

- Validate the readiness to Engineer and business KPIs

- Ability to define / refine the right problem

- Innovation-led requirements shaping

Engineering Support :

- Coordinate product quality checks during release

- Facilitate Codenizant/CAST extension and audit

- Support PM/PgM to carry-out process self-assessment and improvement

Asset Focus :

- Be part of asset harvesting and reuse team to identify reusable assets during project release closure

- Anchor identifying suitable assets for usage in projects during pursuits and kick-off

Technical Expertise :

- Digital technology experience - around web, mobile based and cloud native development (like Pivotal)

- Very strong communications and presentation skills

- Strong knowledge of the Application Development and / or Application Maintenance life cycle

- Willingness to learn, and ability to train others

Work Experience :

- 10+ years of delivery experience in Java/.NET/web-based technologies

- 5+ years of project management experience

- Exposure in engagements which involves larger stakeholder involvement

- Experience in Agile/DevOps project execution would be plus

Education Qualification :

- Engineering or Science graduate
