They are in their 4th year of operations with an ambition to grow 10x over the next 5years Role details: Title : Delivery Director Reporting Manager: VP - Digital Engineering Location: Chennai Roles and responsibilities: - Responsible for delivery ownership of entire Digital Engineering Practice - Ability to manage portfolio of delivery engagements and handle multiple client delivery reviews in parallel - Ability to do Delivery Governance, setup period Delivery Reviews, Communication Protocol for review and interaction with client and delivery team for 360 degree perspective - Prior Experience handling teams of about 150-200 engineers - Ability to channel, guide and ensure multiple PMs can orchestrate common delivery quality goals across engagements - Proven Delivery Management Track record with focus on Delivery Transformation - Proven Track record on Delivery Excellence parameters like Delivery Quality, Productivity, Agility Metrics, Transformation KPIs, etc., - Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and ability to stage client communication discussions - Experience handling Escalation Situations and structured approach to crisis handling Interview process: 2 levels of interview and 1 HR round
