Delivery cum Program Manager - Professional Services - BFSI Domain - IT

Position: Delivery cum Program Manager-Professional Services (BFSI) (13-20 yrs) (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role & Requirements:

- The candidate should have worked in the Professional Services area in the Banking domain, especially in the Risk domain will be preferred

- Should have experience working in a Banking Product Company in the professional services area will be preferred

- The candidate should have dealt with extremely demanding stakeholders and a challenging project

- People Management: Experience with People management handling team size of ~40-50 people across multiple projects

- Interpersonal Skill: Ability to work in Aggressive timelines, Assertive and very good communication skills

- Product Engineering knowledge preferred - comfortable with Technology space working closely Product Development and Implementations Team in a Professional Services environment.

- Stakeholder Management - Required to deal with multiple stakeholders at the same time

- Should have worked across geographies

- Must have worked on Agile
