Requirement for Delivery Assurance Manager

Job Location : Mumbai

- Should be BB Certified and additional certification in Quality Assurance like COPC, PCMM , ISO Lead Auditor etc Preferred.

- He/She will be leading the quality assurance for cross locations under complex operations

- Will be taking care of the QA Governance, Conducting various training on SEI -CMM Orientation, Spear Heading process / organization Improvement areas Etc

- BPO Experience is Mandatory

Skills : Transactional Quality, Quality Assurance.
