Job Description :

As part of the Delivery Assurance and Enablement team, the Technical Trainer is responsible for training technical and solution architects on the client suite of Quote to Cash offerings. The Technical Trainer will lead advanced courses in client products, focusing on extending out of the box capabilities using APIs, callbacks and integrations and well as best practices for coding, performance and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have Salesforce implementation experience and the skills necessary to ensure that the learner has the knowledge and expertise to configure, implement and apply advanced configuration to solve for customer problems. The trainer conducts face to face as well as virtual classroom courses and contributes to development of training content and materials. The trainer has tactical experience in using APEX, VisualForce and Javascript and ability to rapidly become proficient in emerging technologies.

This role is a part of the Delivery Assurance and Enablement and provides training to the client Professional Services team and Implementation Partners.

Responsibilities :

As part of the Delivery Assurance and Enablement team, the Technical Implementation Trainer has the following responsibilities:

- Become an expert in client Quote-to-Cash product suite including CPQ, CLM, Billing, X-Author, etc.

- Deliver instructor led and virtual classroom technical and implementation product training to client Professional Service team members and Implementation Partners.

- Actively interact with the audience of technical architects and convey confidence and experience in the delivery environment.

- Deliver courses on a regular schedule, and as needed by the delivery enablement team.

- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through ongoing feedback mechanisms from students, content owners and functional leaders.

- Actively collaborate in developing and maintaining current technical training content and accompanying materials. (Course outlines, background material, instructional material, Instructor Guides, and training aids)

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5-7 years consulting or development experience, ideally with a consulting firm, major systems integrator and/or enterprise software company's

- 5 years or more experience in QTC, CPQ and/or Contract Management domain.

- Advanced Salesforce development experience - SFDC 401 or above preferred.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of cross-functional teams and deliver to aggressive timelines.

- 3+ years experience in technical training and development.

- Ability to quickly learn and develop expertise with new product technology, function, and features.

- Experience designing and developing instructor-led content with technical subject matter content.

- Experience conducting face-to-face and virtual classroom training

- Proven presentation skills, interpersonal communication, and writing skills

- Ability to travel globally
