- Proven track record of strong programming background, understanding of all latest skill technologies, who later has grown as project manager with project scope analysis, resource requirement analysis and budget estimation

- Proven track record within IT project management

- Proven track record with assessing and recruiting developers. The ideal candidate knows hand-on-coding.

- Proven track record with solid IT Technical skills in all existing popular technologies, frameworks, IT standards and languages

- Should possess a good understanding on onsite and off-shore IT requirements

- Experience in developing IT project scoping, milestones and budgets, to prepare requests for proposals

- Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time and high-quality deliveries

- You should be able to define and delegate respective tasks with realistic schedules

- Oversee overall project progress to ensure delivery timelines and deadlines are met

- Manage and resolve all existing and new delivery issues raised by either parties

- Coordinating with project team members to assign and monitor individual responsibilities

- Organise periodical progress review meetings with project team members

- Process driven personality to ensure strict discipline in managing projects by using all available tools and templates

- Should understand project post-delivery compliances and manage add-on sales conversions

- You should be structured in your work approach, handle stress well and efficient in your responsibilities

- You should be goal-driven and motivated to build and maintain relationships

- You should have excellent command of English both verbal and written
