General Summary : The Project Manager is responsible for planning, monitoring and managing the delivery of projects to meet on agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes and allocated budgets. Focuses on meeting project commitments, including communications with stakeholders. Profile. Responsibility : - Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timelines and budgets.&nbsp; - Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.&nbsp; - Work closely with various internal departments to ensure successful completion of projects.&nbsp; - Ensure appropriate Agile project management tools, governance, processes, and methodologies.&nbsp; - Identify and track issues, assess impact, and execute timely resolution.&nbsp; - Conduct project status sessions with representatives from any or all department involved in the project.&nbsp; - Prepare reports on issues and risk mitigation.&nbsp; - Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.&nbsp; - Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.&nbsp; - Study different processes, drive standardization and eliminate non value-added activities.&nbsp; - Define success metrics for projects, monitor project pilots and ascertain project success/failure.&nbsp; - Coordinate with product strategy team on project milestones and deliverables. Skills &amp; Experience : - Bachelors / Master's Degree in any discipline from Premiere institute.&nbsp; - At least 5 years of Project Management experience. - Effective planner and ability to develop reliable estimates.&nbsp; - Fluent and experience working in progressive project management environments (i.e. Agile and mixes methodology)&nbsp; - Excellent analytical &amp; problem-solving skills.&nbsp; - Good Project management experience (PMP Certification will be added advantage)&nbsp; - Ability to influence other teams and align them towards the common goals
