Responsibilities :
- Managing accounts - growing their business, responding to escalations, regular business review meetings, maintain performance matrices
- Identifying & understanding customer needs - Formulating plans and implementing solutions
- Complete coordination between Internal and External Stakeholders (Client)
- Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information in presentable formats
- Maintain records of plans, sales, revenue, invoices, contracts, etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customer
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Good business acumen along with polished communication and writing skills
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
Requirements :
- Proven working experience as a business development personnel, client/account manager, sales or a relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Google Spreadsheets is a must)
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficiency in English (Written & Oral)
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Market/Industry knowledge
- Team Player with Good Energy
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Knowledge of SQL and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), though not mandatory would be considered as an added bonus
- Preferred MBA, Relevant Grad - Business, Marketing or related field
