KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : The Roles &amp; responsibilities include : - Build consumer electronics vertical for Delhivery. - Understand the market, pain points, SCM of vertical. - Develop a plan and strategy to optimize and reform network design and bring about efficiency. - Target clients and sell services of Delivery. - Design custom solutions as per client requirements. - Make an account plan. - Maximize SOW with clients. - Resolve disputes and concerns of clients by liaising with the servicing team and other function leads in operations and engineering. - Provide clients with latest insights and innovations on the SCM spectrum. - Bring value to clients supply chain by optimising costs and time and bring customer delight. QUALIFICATION : Education : - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate - MBA in Sales &amp; Marketing preferred Functional Skills : - Good communication skills - Excellent negotiation skills Experience : 4-7 Years Behavioral Skills : - Excellent presentation skills both verbal and written - Passion and ability to deliver work in one-third time - Highly Self Driven
