The role entails a holistic and full spectrum approach towards business development and consultative selling with an opportunity to create pioneering, tech enabled, state of the art supply chain solutions for the consumer durables and electronics industry at large.

The candidate is required to work with the top brands in this space and work with the SCM leaders to create solutions that enhance customer experience and build a highly efficient and low cost distribution setup. Integrated logistics and warehousing coupled with technology will be the key to win customers and business growth. The candidate is required to work with cross functional teams, from design to engineering and operations to stitch together solutions that solve customers' needs. The candidate must have a drive to innovate and question the norm, with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a sense of ownership.

The candidate is expected to be highly analytical and data driven, while being a hustler and problem solver. The candidate must thrive in a high performance environment and possess strong networking,business development, relationship building and stakeholder management skills. She/he must be a positive influence on team members and create a culture of high performance with relentless pursuit of winning large enterprise deals. The ability to work with limited resources and multi-task is highly desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop profitable commercial proposals derived from manpower resources, infrastructure along with other commercial parameters.

- Conduct complete internal resource assessment

- Evolve a fit between customer requirements and Delhivery Resources Mapping

- Support in negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making processes to capture new business opportunities.

- Engage with project, process, Operations and Business Management team (KAM) for smooth onboarding of customers.

- Identify, profile, build and close large enterprise deals for integrated logistics and warehousing.

- Build out the business plan and set targets for the vertical.

- Drive profitable growth across service lines of E2E, LTL/FTL and B2C. Experience in P&L management.

- Build and manage a high performance team.

- Create solutions and aid in building the product/tech roadmap.

- Work with leadership on multiple priorities and define the growth and strategic trajectory.

Candidate experience Required:

- 7-15yrs of relevant experience

Education :BE + MBA Preferred

- Good communication skills

- Has good pricing / costing knowledge as well
