Role:

You will drive Acquisition for the SME business. This involves driving the Inside Sales and Lead gen teams via input (quality and quantity) as well as output revenue metrics. You will be a key stakeholder to understand market dynamics and provide customers with the solution that works best for them. You will also provide feedback to Marketing and Product teams on what needs to be done to drive higher customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

- Revenue growth ownership via Sales efforts

- Run a team of 10 based out of Goa for Inside Sales and Lead Gen functions

- Training and grooming of the sales team to operate at highest efficiency and quality

- Represent VoC (Voice of the customer) to internal teams (marketing, product)

- Ensure CRM compliance across the team

Skills:

- More than 5 years of experience in sales overall(B2B sales experience preferred)

- More than 2 years experience running a Sales team and growing revenue

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

- Proven ability to position products against competitors

- Strong understanding of CRMs and their role in driving sales processes at scale

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
