Key Responsibilities -

1. Set up Annual sales plan and projections in conjunction with Supply and Operations

2. Go to Market strategy for new clusters, Demand planning & analysis

3. Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new clusters and products

4. Assess costs, competition, (supply and demand) to identify selling prices, order qualifiers and winners in the market; through market research (Primary and secondary research)

5. Setting up channels for Funnel / Pipeline creation:- creation and maintenance for month / quarter / yearly

6. Hire and train new sales representatives; Deliver on and Identify sales KPIs

7. Train and implement the KPIs agreed on with the team:

Work with customers to understand their business needs / goals and requirements in detail. Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant to understand the requirements in detail.

8. Establish a sales training program to train new employees.

9. Identify process bottlenecks
