Responsibilities

- Process quality and productivity improvements - Pan India management of current operational SOPs and creation of new ones across end-to-end supply chain processes to include primary/ secondary transportation/ B2B warehousing, and large scale B2C fulfillment operations,

- Responsible for designing, implementing, and ensuring process quality to achieve agreed SLAs through audits and metrics tracking.

- Understanding client expectations: creating processes & cost structures and converting them into documented SOPs in consonance with engineering teams.

- Ensure all compliance and regulatory documentation across the network.

- Responsible for conducting training of operations team on new/ revised processes and drive cross functional employability.

- Responsible for external and client audits including ISO certification audits.

- Use excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to deal positively with client, senior management, sales staff, vendors and customers.

- Follow company policies and procedures.

Skills required -

- Well versed in designing quality processes with due certifications and demonstrated success in getting them executed / implemented with consistency.

- High level of analytical ability to identify and solve problems and to optimize solutions to be able to drive efficiency.

- Ability to continuously learn and develop based on new systems and processes.

- Knowledge of logistics, including carriers, shipping policies and procedures.
